At The Yoga Spot we practice mindfulness, or being present. This practice helps keep balance in our world not only through the strengthening yoga postures, but in our daily life and thoughts as well.

We are always looking for new ways to bring yoga into the community as well as provide opportunities for our students to be exposed to guest teachers, guest mediation sessions, and workshops to deepen your practice.

She studied yoga mainly in the USA and her passion is for fun, strong, flow style yoga that allows you to challenge yourself and grow within your own personal practice.
Kiera is an accredited exercise physiologist and personal trainer. She studied a bachelor of exercise science rehabilitation and has been working in her field for 5 years.
Vanessa is a highly qualified Yoga Therapist, Bodyworker and Educator. She comes from a fantastic mix of yoga styles and had the opportunity to train with leaders in the field of yoga while teaching for Pure Yoga in Hong Kong.
Jessmyn has been practicing yoga for approximately six years. Our spiritual warrior brings great energy from all styles of yoga to her classes.
Kate has been teaching general yoga for two years and trained in pre-natal yoga with Baby Bliss Yoga in Byron Bay, while expecting her first baby in 2015.
