Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing. Some classes have inversions (going upside down) be aware of that as well.
Water, a towel is handy, and a great attitude. (We supply mats, but please feel free to bring your own if you have one.)
No. We welcome all levels at The Yoga Spot. If you are a complete beginner, we recommend a vinyasa or yin class to start with. Power classes are physically dynamic, if you are physically fit and like a challenge please feel free to start there.
We welcome you to take childs pose or a seated position and drink water as you need to. Yoga is a personal practice and everyone is encouraged to practice at his or her own level.
Please keep phones on silent and leave in the foyer area along with other belongings.
Please inform all teachers of any issues or injuries. We have modifications to help and never want to disturb an injury.

Power Flow classes are heated and are a strong class. Vinyasa classes are slightly heated during the winter months.
If you leave early, please leave quietly trying not to disturb the rest of the class participants. Also, please try to inform instructor prior to class if you anticipate leaving early
